What will you do:

• Collaborate with Finance project leads and executive stakeholders to shape the strategic direction and associated product roadmap.
  


• Lead a high-performing team of product owners, technical experts, etc.
  


• Be part of the Group Applications leadership team.
  


• Develop and execute a strategic vision for Finance IT systems / products, with focus on digitalization and automation
  


• Drive innovation, staying abreast of industry trends to enhance organizational efficiency.
  


• Ensure stabile operations for services in scope.
  


• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize digitalization opportunities.
  


• Ensure seamless end-to-end integration with other projects and programs.
  


• Develop and implement governance frameworks for effective risk management, quality control, and compliance.
  


• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to financial data privacy and security.
  


• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  


• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in Business Administration (Finance), Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent.


• Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in a matrix setup, with a focus on Finance IT.


• Strong communication skills, strategic mindset, and relationship-building abilities.


• Solid knowledge of Kyriba,Finance IT tools, solution architecture, and processes.


• Familiarity with ITIL or ITSM processes and agile methodologies.


• Fluent in English and German; willingness to travel to Spain several times a year.


• At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.


• At least 8 years of experience with SAP in the Finance IT domain, including implementing SAP S/4, Business Central, Tagetik, or similar products.
