You will be the Lifecycle Leader point of contact, in partnership with the Disease Area Director for the aPD1-LAG3 (Tobemstemig) program. You are responsible for identifying opportunities and driving efforts to capitalize on cross-indication synergies and for highlighting and mitigating systemic program risk. You are expected to work collaboratively with the appropriate lifecycle teams to ensure strategic alignment between disease area and molecule priorities and to actively look for synergies with those LCTs. You will align indication teams on cross-indication opportunities and risks, and provide advice to indication teams on cross-indication implications of disease-specific strategic choices. You will work closely with the TECENTRIQ Optimization Global Development Leader (GDL) and with the TECENTRIQ and tiragolumab ISLs for the global development and commercialization strategy for the portfolio assets you manage; this will be done in the context of disease level strategies where applicable. You will be accountable for seeking appropriate internal and external advice for recommendations and to ensure decisions are in line with portfolio strategies, reflecting the late stage portfolio principles of Patient, Science, Society and Value Capture.

  • Handling issue and crisis management for all activities associated with the molecule strategy

  • Delivering communication of key and impactful information and issues to senior management and to all relevant stakeholders

  • Ideally sub-team leadership experience and worked in LCT as a core team member for sufficient time to achieve a significant milestone (Phase III implementation; NDA submission, approval and launch)

Skills/Abilities:
