Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Consolidation Processes: Ensure seamless and accurate consolidation, including intercompany eliminations
• Support Month-End Closing: Generate timely and precise reporting packages to facilitate the Jet Aviation Group’s month-end closing
• Collaborate with IT and Finance Teams: Work with regional teams to integrate financial data accurately and promptly
• Master Data Management: Manages lobal chart of accounts and other master data essential for consolidation
• Global Coordination: Monitor finance departments worldwide to ensure alignment with reporting and consolidation best practices
• Maintain Accounting Standards: Ensure consistent application and documentation of relevant accounting standards
• Drive Improvements: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance consolidation systems, processes, controls and reporting
• Project Participation: Contribute to the project aimed at replacing our current consolidation solution

Ideal Profile:

• University degree in either Finance, Informatics or Accounting from an accredited university
• Minimum 3 years work experience in a comparable position
• Affinity for IT and very good understanding of group consolidation tools
• Knowledge of SAP/BCS or other consolidation systems
• Preferably SAP S4 knowledge
• Fluent in English (written and oral), any other language is a plus
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Driving for results in a faced paced environment
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
