Job description

Manufacturing & Scheduling Project Manager

We are looking for new team member who has a positive outlook, productive behaviors and able to face multitude stakeholders across the different Swatch Group brand organizations and suppliers. Your core mission will be upstreaming the processes of our supply chains aiming to improve Brands product availability, enhance brands' supplier network, lead-times and scheduling capabilities.

Your responsibilities

  • Logistics & Manufacturing process review, all types of high level calculations, process & data flows supervision, KPI's, roles & responsibility definition
  • Identifying issues and risks proactively, prioritizing those and supporting sites in identifying counter measures
  • Pro-actively seeking improvement initiatives to address Brand's business challenges, particularly related to productivity, transformation, implementation and change management.
  • Management & coordination of logistics & manufacturing best practices among Swatch Group brands
  • Coordination with internal and external SG Brands partners & suppliers, staying current on the latest trends and bring best practices to SGL to ensure that we are finding the most optimal way to support our Brands and Countries in which we operate
  • Support / Elaboration on preparation of BPP / CER for logistics projects

Profile

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Certification on APICS - CPIM highly desirable
  • Several years of work experience in a production environment is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people at all levels of the organization as a project manager
  • Expertise in Manufacturing processes & scheduling and in subjects such as Master Production Schedule, Capacity Planning & scheduling is a must
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma is pré
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to think "out of the box"
  • High aptitude in working cross-culturally and cross-functionally
  • Self-starter with "hands-on" approach
  • Must have solid knowledge of MRP/ERP like systems as well as typical PC/business software. SAP APO knowledge would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in French is mandatory as well as English or German, any other languages are an advantage
