Achieving this unique experience requires a skilled, creative, and innovative Senior Lead - Digital Product Manager (Digital Innovation) who can help us create exceptional innovations, connect multiple digital streams, and push boundaries into uncharted territory. The Digital Product Manager plays an essential role in On's achievement of long-term business goals.

We are searching for a forward thinker who can work closely with internal team members from various departments to drive the innovation of On's digital channels. Within the role, you will evaluate emerging opportunities that align with financial objectives and brand fit, build business cases, and test them. This requires a finger on the pulse, a data-driven mindset, and a can-do mentality.

Your Mission

  • As a Product Manager in the Digital Innovation Team, your primary responsibility will be to drive On’s approach to Conversational Commerce powered through AI (GenAI + ML). The newly established team will be cross-functional and comprise highly skilled experts who will bring the vision to life
  • Establish new customer touchpoints by testing, developing, and executing strategies and roadmaps
  • Work closely with stakeholders to refine the prioritization process and ensure the Digital Product Vision is realized
  • Identify future opportunities with other strategic initiatives and shape the roadmap
  • Build relationships with key business and brand stakeholders and communicate product needs to different audiences and cross-functional partners
  • Spot opportunities, broaden the perspective of what’s currently happening, and act as an incubator for digital innovation ideas
  • Analyze the performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis with the support of the data team
  • Balance short-term execution needs with long-term strategic goals and translate business needs into customer goals and features
