We're looking for a detail-oriented and Tech Savvy Junior Management Accountant to join our management accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, a keen interest in leveraging technology, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role caters to individuals who want to take up responsibility in accounting operations and use their accounting and technical expertise to drive automation.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Assist in the weekly and monthly production of AuM, NNM, income, cost, and allocations

• Set up automated data quality checks and monitor data quality levels

• Maintenance of related business rules for AuM, NNM, income, cost, and allocations in SAP PaPM

• Support the analysis, refining, and implementation of optimized finance and accounting processes in close collaboration with the SAP Process Optimization Team

• Design forward-thinking processes and strategies to enhance financial operations in close collaboration with the SAP Process Optimization Team

• Engage in hands-on programming and system adjustments as necessary

YOUR PROFILE

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, information systems, computer science, or a related field

• Initial experience in controlling or management accounting, ideally in an internationally operating bank

• Reliable, flexible person with a can do attitude, who likes to work in a dynamic team

• Passion for financials and IT & good knowledge of bank products is a plus

• Familiarity with business process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS) and programming languages relevant to the role are a plus

• Deep insight into financial systems and platforms; prior knowledge of SAP and PaPM is a distinct advantage

• Very good English, German is a plus
