Sales and Business Development Internship

Haelixa is a multi-award-winning, fast-paced ETH spin-off that provides DNA-based solutions for reliable traceability of products and raw materials across their supply chains. By fostering the development and market deployment of next-generation DNA markers, we contribute to greater supply chain transparency and sustainability. We are looking for a new team member to join us on our journey!

Schedule: Part-time flexibility at 40% or more, starting immediately or on a mutually agreed date

Duration: 6 months minimum

Location: Kemptthal (Zürich), Switzerland

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the management team
• Customer pre-qualification
• Development of compelling sales presentations and materials
• Market and competitive analysis
• Active participation in lead generation, sales dialogues and customer support
• Support in improving CRM tool (HubSpot)

Your profile:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Welcomes candidates with relevant internship experiences, though not mandatory
• Sharp in communication
• Excellent at organising and prioritising with attention to detail
• Collaborative team member who also excels at independent, self-directed work
• Quick learner, passionate about gaining new skills and knowledge.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written skills
