Role and responsibility
As a Junior Consultant, you will take on the following tasks in close cooperation with our experienced tenant representation team:

- Support with tenant representation mandates such as location searches, lease extensions, stay vs go analyses (office and logistics space).
- Independent management of smaller tenant representation mandates
- Support for cost and object comparisons
- Creation of long lists
- Organization of sightseeing tours
- Obtaining initial offers
- Participation in the preparation of Tenant Representation offers and pitch presentations for the acquisition of new mandates.
- Participation in the creation of negotiation strategies and negotiation with prospective owners / landlord representative

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in real estate or economics
- Professional experience in the field of commercial real estate is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Structured and organized way of working
- High quality awareness
- Good knowledge of French and English in spoken and written, knowledge of German is advantageous Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
