Your Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new clients and recruitment projects for sales & marketing roles
  • Meeting clients on a weekly basis to better understand their recruitment needs
  •  Working closely with our clients, providing the right talent strategy
  • Organizing interviews and manage candidates relationships throughout the entire selection process
  • Creating ad-hoc cooperation proposals to our clients
  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment processes from advertising through to offer: screening, phone interviews, assessments, face to face interviews, references
  • Building a talent pipeline of strong professionals
  • Developing relationships with candidates and clients
  • Creating your portfolio of candidates and clients with strategic marketing, and structured networking techniques
  • Promoting talent development and succession planning
  • Management and maintenance of recruitment tracking data
  • Utilising job boards, internal database, and social media to find high-quality professionals within your niche market area
  • Keeping track of all KPIs in our internal database

Your Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment with strong sales skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Hands-on attitude with a strong desire to succeed
  • Enthusiastic person who is passionate about people
  • Strong sales skills and resilient
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Very good MS Office knowledge (e.g.,
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.)
