Sales and Business Development Coordinator - Permanent contract - Glion, Switzerland

You hold a Bachelor in Business, Marketing or an equivalent field. You have sales and/or business development experience, a good knowledge of the Swiss education system and you preferably have a background in Business, Commercial, Hospitality or Tourism. You are fluent in English and French, German and Italian is a plus. You are sales and results driven with a "Can Do" attitude, a champion of 5* customer service; you work well under pressure, and finally you display excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, you are reliable, trustworthy, mature and flexible. You must be eligible to work in Switzerland.

You are responsible for successfully implementing the commercial strategy for Switzerland, in coordination with Country Enrolment Manager:

  • High Schools - you will ensure Sommet's brands presence in the allocated High School channel.
  • Education fairs - Always connected with the local education recruitment industry, you will be responsible for activating Sommet's brands in key education fairs.
  • Brand events, Info Sessions, Workshops - You will support implementing brand events concepts with the objective of generating new leads, increasing conversion and reducing recruitment attrition and cancellations.
  • Open Days and private visits - as champion of Sommet's brands, you will attend Open Days and manage the guest interactions and any special activities.
  • Application and admissions - You will be responsible for counselling and converting new business and leads, driving sales excellence and achieving all your recruitment objectives.
