Working as a Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Director to join our dynamic subsidiary in the cyber security industry in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve our ambitious business plan. This role requires a deep understanding of the cyber security landscape and especially in Switzerland, strong sales management skills, and the ability to manage a sales team (15/20 sales account managers), developing revenues in all Swiss territories and contributing to increase Gross Margin. As a Sales Director at this level, your role goes beyond simply driving sales; you'll be instrumental in shaping the company's growth trajectory, fostering innovation, and maintaining the organization's reputation as a leader in cybersecurity.

Experience:


  • Minimum 12 years in IT Services Management and Sales

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in the cyber security industry.

  • Strong knowledge of cyber security concepts, technologies, and industry trends.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies for complex technical products.

  • Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Fluency in French and English, with Swiss German being a plus due to Switzerland's linguistic diversity.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
