Key Responsibilities:

As the Project Lead Group CEO Office, you will report to the Chief of Staff of the Roche CEO. You will be part of the Group CEO Office that provides strategic support to the CEO of Roche and will lead and contribute to analyses, fact bases and presentations. You will benefit from a broad exposure across various areas of Roche and help to drive highly visible topics.

Impact

By doing this you will support strategic decision-making and have an influence on the company’s overall strategic, financial and operational performance. You will also support positioning the CEO to various internal and external stakeholders.

Career opportunities and accountabilities within this position include (but are not limited to):

  • You will lead and support the preparation of concise presentations for internal and external communication, incl. senior management presentations such as for the Board of Directors, and synthesize insights into briefing documents to support decision-making on senior executive level

  • You will support the preparation and execution of key senior leadership events

  • You will interact with senior stakeholders across different units and functions to collect input and to obtain buy-in, thereby building a strong network across the organization

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone with high integrity and a successful track record of working in a strategic role with senior stakeholders.

You have a PhD or Master’s degree in business or science and must bring 5-8+ years of experience in relevant roles in consulting or in-house strategy roles in Healthcare / the Pharmaceutical industry.

An in-depth understanding of the healthcare sector is mandatory. This includes healthcare systems and trends, market & competitor landscape, new customer groups incl. provider and patients, and associated business models.

In addition, to be successful in this high impact role you bring the following experience and competencies:

  • Systematic thinking and proven problem-solving skills

  • Excellent skills in developing succinct, fact-based presentations with clear storylines tailored to various audiences

  • High attention to detail and accuracy combined with speed and willingness to go the extra mile

  • Strong stakeholder management and people influencing skills, promoting a culture of trust with strong interpersonal skills and high integrity

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and demanding environment that requires at times high degrees of flexibility and managing multiple priorities at the same time

This role is based in Rotkreuz or Basel.
