INTERNSHIP ROLE

We are looking for a Product Line Intern - Intern to join Timberland within VF EMEA Internship Program.

KEY INTERNSHIP INFO

  • Start date: October 1st  2024.

  • For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.

  • We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Create and maintain style creation in ENOVIA system, based on lineplan requirement.

  • Under the guidance of Product Merchandisers, maintain and distribute all information of assigned product category encompassing ENOVIA line lists and data in Excel, workbooks, and other CAD books. 

  • Assist in creating and managing reports for Merchandising team. Including tracking success and failure of products on the marketplace, sell-through, etc.

  • Perform marketplace, consumer, and competitor analysis for the respective category. Help to analyze competitor products, sales programs, and collateral to aid in product line decisions. 

  • Partner with Product Merchandisers to disseminate information aiding in the creation of Global Line Architecture  

  • Assist in managing the catalogue development and approval process.

  • Among this role, will have the opportunity to be part of seasonal product line reviews, owning/presenting if requested and based on business needs.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • You will have a student status while beginning an internship or you have already graduated before in 2024 – it’s a must.

  • You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.

  • You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.

  • First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus.
