Group Consolidation Specialist (m/f/d)

If you're a Group Consolidation Specialist with a passion for numbers and an analytical mind - this could be the role for you:

Here's what you'll do:

  • Manage & oversee month-end closing & review financial data from reporting units to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with group reporting standards
  • Responsibility for monthly group consolidation and reporting
  • Support the preparation & ensure compliance of the quarterly & yearly published IFRS financial statements
  • Maintain masterdata (e.g. chart of accounts) and improve the Group’s financial consolidation tool (e.g. reporting forms)
  • Support coordination of group audit and local statutory audits of swiss & international subsidiaries
  • Monitor & track the completeness of group-wide internal control systems (ICS)

This is what you'll need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting; additional certifications like CPA are a plus
  • Extensive experience in international settings, preferably within a dynamic, scale up/ growth-oriented company
  • Deep understanding of IFRS and Swiss accounting standards, along with expertise in external reporting
  • Proficiency with consolidation tools
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to driving projects and refining internal processes
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and German, both written and spoken
  • Collaborative team player eager to take on responsibilities and drive results
