For our Corporate Business Services and Digitalization department leading the implementation of  Global Projects, we are looking for an experienced

Business Process Manager Purchasing

Your responsibilities
  • Act as a Change Agent and coach
  • Responsible for the documentation and specification of our standard business processes and Data structure
  • Lead the functional implementation team
  • Lead and implement the Global standard and Target Organization within area of responsibility 
  • Understand how own function integrates from an end to end perspective into the business model
  • Ensure integration across regions and process areas
  • Manage and design for Roll-Ins
  • Co-ordinate and support local process mapping
  • Support the roll out of DRIVE project 
  • Facilitate the gap analysis with Legal Units
  • Lead and support Integration Testing
  • Co-ordinate UAT testing
  • Guide functional team through Data preparation for migration
  • Support End User training, Data harmonization, Cut-Over and Hypercare activities
  • Mentor and train Power Users
Your qualifications

  • Expert User SAP knowledge (usage of SAP, not technical/customising) within own function
  • Constantly looking for continuous improvement
  • Experienced in working in complex international environments
  • Used to high exposure to different cultural backgrounds
  • Extensive knowledge of Purchasing standards and systems
  • Fluent English skills
