The technology team at On is looking for a Program manager to lead critical cross-functional programs that will elevate how we build technology at On. The programs will span across data, operational excellence and strategic partnering initiatives. As the central source for cross functional programs, you'll optimize resources, communicate with stakeholders, track progress and enable On to deliver on the most impactful company-wide tech initiatives.

Your Mission

• Drive the implementation of the long-term business plan by overseeing and guiding program operations
• Work across technology teams and partner with business stakeholders to ensure delivery of milestones
• Set the standard for best practices of program delivery for technology at On
• Track progress against agreed upon initiatives and key results using the right tools
• Communicate performance and progress, risks and requirements to relevant stakeholders
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve blockers to initiative progress
• Effectively align stakeholders, engineering and cross-functional teams, technical leaders, and senior management with a strong focus on facilitating collaboration, communication, moderation, contingency planning and decision-making
