To support our growth, we are looking for Junior HR Analyst.

What to expect?

• Perform data analysis and generate basic reports to support administrative decisions
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to address administrative needs and support service delivery
• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements in administrative tasks
• Participate in the assessment of departmental performance, offering insights for improvement
• Conduct data entry and management tasks to support administrative functions

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in administration
• Proficiencies in administration and analysis
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
• Fluent German and English languages
