Senior Manager Global Supply Planning

You will be responsible for managing service levels in the various warehouses in Europe, with the aim of optimally meeting market demand and business requirements. Very good skills and a passion for data analysis are a requirement in this position. We are looking forward to candidates with very good communication skills and persuasiveness. Initial experience in leading a small team and German language skills are very welcome.

This is what you can move

  • Lead the Supply Chain Planning team of five members located in Germany,
  • Strengthen our S&OP process to improve forecasting accuracy,
  • Work closely with our Procurement team as well as our Sales and Customer Service offices to ensure a regular flow for our products in all European and International Warehouses,
  • Reporting risk of shortage of stock, stockout situations to the Supply Chain Management and related mitigation plans,
  • Manage transition from the sales products in Phase In/Out situations to fulfill availability to the demand as well as decrease of scrapping cost risk,
  • Define the replenishment quantities to the different warehouses and coordinate the shipments with Customer Service,
  • Manage replenishment master data.

What you bring along

  • Completed technical or professional education, ideally with a focus on business administration/SCM (Bachelor, Master) and/or several years of experience in a similar area of responsibility,
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role related to international supply chains and distribution network,
  • Motivation and pleasure in leading teams and developing talents,
  • Very good knowledge of SAP preferred and excellent understanding of evaluations with Excel,
  • Enjoy working with numbers and interdisciplinary collaboration with team colleagues.
