About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our

dynamic team at Asperiq. As a Finance Manager, you will play a

pivotal role in managing financial accounting for our

company, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. This position

Independent management of financial accounting, including preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for our swiss company in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Daily Accounting (Bank accounts / AP / AR / GL), Travel Expenses, Credit Card
• Fixed assets & Inventory accounting
• Customer & Development Project accounting
• Handle VAT (import & export, tax returns, deductions) and prepare tax returns
• Monthly and annual closings (incl. reconciliations)
• Responsible for audit preparations
• Ensuring adequate financial reporting
• Budget preparation and evaluation
• Monthly cash planning and continuous steering of the liquidity
• Main contact for banks, insurance companies and consultants
• Further development of the ERP and other systems
• Leading employees from Export and Office Administration
• Support customer projects from a financial point of view
• Support international administrative processes

Competencies:

• Accountant with strong background in all areas of the financial accounting (min. 5 years of experience)
• Networked thinker and number lover, exact and efficient work style with high integrity.
• Service-oriented, flexible and focused on high quality.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Qualifications:

• Chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management or a similar degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance.
• Experience working in international environments.
• German is a must have for this role
• Very good spoken and written English.
