Associate/Senior Associate –Technology Strategy & Transformation Advisory FS

• Co-develop technology strategies and support exciting transformation projects for our clients in various sectors such as insurance or banking.
• Work closely with key people at all levels of the business and collectively present value as a team to senior leadership and/or executive management.
• Apply best practice frameworks to help you develop solutions through document study, interviews, and workshops.
• Assist in evolving our service portfolio to address changing market needs.
• Work in a collaborative team with a transparent feedback culture, accessing top-notch national and international training to continuously enhance your technical and soft skills.
• Be part of an international and dynamic network that tackles current challenges and actively shapes the future through innovative and sustainable projects and initiatives.

• A technical college or university degree in business informatics or a comparable, technology-related field.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for digital transformation, processes, their optimization, and relevant frameworks.
• Ideally, having already gained experience in a consulting company or an internal strategy department in the financial services industry.
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of Visio is also an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written skills in German and English. In addition, you are a team player but also bring a high degree of independence.
• Open to travel, primarily within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
