What you move

• Contact person for all HR inquiries from employees and line managers
• Further development of HR services incl. optimization and digitalization of HR processes
• Support in the HR Services team (administrative HR tasks, employment contracts, changes, etc.)
• Data preparation for further processes and interfaces

What you bring along

• Completed training as an HR specialist (Federal Diploma) and at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills, fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
• Reliable and resilient personality with an independent and precise way of working
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Successfactors an advantage
