Job description

We are looking for a Corporate Finance & Treasury Analyst to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

Financing Management:

• Debt modeling and follow-up
• Closely monitor our Bank Covenants
• Review our financing contracts
• Help the top management to set up new credit facility lines

• Manage bank relationships

Investment Analysis:

• Track our cash excess and propose financing solutions to optimize it
• Recommend and implement updates to investment guidelines
• Measure portfolio performance and provide reporting to the financial governance and the board of directors

ESG Analysis:

• Help our positive impact teamcollect financial figures
• Support our positive impact department to set up an ESG analysis from the very beginning of our business opportunities
• Make sure our financing and investment strategies are aligned with the group’s values and objectives
• Track the ESG risk of our investments

Profile Requirement

• Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering, Corporate Finance or Data analysis
• Strong Interest in Corporate Finance, Cash, and Investment topics with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Interested in ESG topics
• Self-Starter and proactive
• Mastering Excel, Power BI & MS tools
• Strong Organizational Skills
• English and French are mandatory
• Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improvingday-to-day productivity.
