For our team in Lausanne we are therefore looking for an EU Hub – Manager Market Success B2B The overall purpose of this position: As the Manager Market Success B2B, you lead the B2B stream of our Europe Hub deployment capability. Your primary focus is global campaigns deployment excellence in DTE and REEV across EU Region. You support the EU markets and act as SME advising markets on the best methodologies to improve DTE campaign impact on operation metrics (activity rate and success rate) as well as business KPIs. You own the markets’ B2B briefing to Hub and ensure a smooth and easy process by engaging with global product owners. You work hand-in-hand with EU Region and share the same DTE OGSM. Together, you review markets' performances and address markets deployment pain points. You co-host the DTE EU Connect call bringing important deployment information to EU community. With the Indirect Retail team, you enhance the development engine of B2B global campaign deployment by providing fit gaps analysis on toolboxes for campaigns, programs and services. You feedback to the DTE channel orchestrator on EU priorities and key opportunities, and support global partners with global initiatives. Enhancing EU Hub B2B services catalogue is fundamental to answering market's needs, thus business needs. You will: • Own EU Hub services catalogue and enhance capability with central delivery centers to ensure excellence quality deployment delivery • Own B2B hub deployment process to ensure global campaigns, programs and services deployment excellences in DTE and REEV across EU Region • Align future enhancement of the B2B intake process with global campaign deployment process to allow scale in other regions • Work with Indirect Retail on the development engine that will allow to build high impact SFP DTE toolboxes • Provide support to EU markets to achieve DTE OGSM • Co-host with EU Region the DTE EU Connect call • Other: Visit EU Markets (Indirect Retail Channel) to enhance knowledge & understanding of trade needs / dynamics. Deliver presentations / business updates to Markets, Region, Global Teams on strategy & progress We’re looking for someone with: • Master's degree or equivalent experience in digital / Marketing / Management • Experience digital channels marketing and global campaign deployment • Good understanding of PMI business environment (retailers, competition, channels, programs and services) • Sound background in customer acquisition and retention strategies • Strong data knowledge & processing skills • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, 3rd party vendors & external agencies What we offer: Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
