Are you passionate about risk management in operations and modern technology? Are you a dynamic team player and do you have good organizational skills? If yes, this is the right place for you.

As part of the Risk Management organization, our team is responsible to coordinate the Operational Risk Management process of our Business Units and Corporate Functions to ensure their success. You also maintain and develop the risk management framework of SIX together with our diverse and motivated team.

What You Will Do

  • support our Business Units /Corporate Functions in identifying, assessing and reporting operational risks and controls and the related components (controls, processes, etc.)

  • monitor the risk situation in the related Business Units/Corporate Functions and challenge the assessment of the identified operational risks

  • review and improve operational risk management components and documentation

  • perform independent Project Risk Assessments by challenging and evaluating the risk assessment of defined measures and demand additional measures if necessary

  • support our internal customer in terms of risk operational management topics and ourSIX Enterprise Risk management tool

What You Bring

  • 1-3years of experience in operational Risk Management advantageous but not mandatory in the financial Industries in combination with good IT know-how

  • responsible and communicative personality with a precise way of working and the willingness to learn new things and to develop constantly

  • ability to identify problems and to solve them systematically

  • customer-oriented team player to work across teams and with different cultures and experts

  • good written and spoken Skills in German and English
