Improvement Project Manager - Digitalization 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

Being located in Zürich, Switzerland, you will be leading different projects to optimize processes from customer service, production planning to manufacturing and packaging.

Your responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with our IT Landscape and Processes as well as with our Digitalization Strategy

  • Define Projects to improve/renew our existing Digital tools (Sales tool, Revenue Forecast tool and similar)

  • Drive the digitalization in the production to improve visibility and allow to understand our bottlenecks (Daily mgmt, Visualization of planning and similar)

  • Collaborate with many functions to generate and realize solutions to simplify and automate business processes

  • With your passion and empathy, you proactively drive change management and involve affected colleagues to create a common solution

Your background

  • Degree in engineering, economics, information technology or similar relevant fields

  • Several years of experience in process optimization as a project manager in the fields of smart factory and lean management

  • Knowledge of SAP (S/4 Hana), MES, PowerBI, VBA as a plus

  • Well organized and structured way of leading projects

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills

  • You are a fast learner and independently acquiring the required skill
