• As a senior member of the backend development team you shape the design and development of your highly scalable, cloud native infrastructure
• You apply best practices to manage and orchestrate microservices, automate devops and guarantee observability
• You are responsible for feature development, different communication endpoints, and improving existing code and infrastructure
• Besides backend code development, you will have the opportunity to contribute and lead in variety of technologies and applications from backend to frontend to cloud to embedded technologies
• You review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices
• You will participate in, or lead design sessions and reviews to decide for target architectures and select a best fit amongst available technologies

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+, Spring, object-oriented programming
• Solid understanding of cloud native applications and experience with the products one of one of the major cloud providers (AWS preferred)
• Good knowledge and experience in standard tooling for CI/CD, testing, code management and containerization such as git, gitlab, maven, docker
• Knowledge in relational databases and/or No-SQL databases
