Description and Requirements

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technical individual to join our Technical Support team, specializing in DG/DM/DE storage products. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers, field engineers, technicians, and internal teams experiencing issues with their storage systems and surrounding infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex problems while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for DG/DM/DE storage products, including NetApp and other related technologies.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues using various tools and logs.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for datacenter servers, networking equipment, and hyperconverged solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and collaborate on solutions.
  • Document technical knowledge and procedures for internal use.
  • Participate in training and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting storage systems, preferably NetApp.
  • 2+ years of experience working with NetApp storage system operating systems (ONTAP, SANtricity).
  • 2+ years of experience with NAS/SAN storage and surrounding infrastructure, including datacenter servers, networking equipment, and hyperconverged solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetApp certifications: NCSE – Ontap Specialist, NCIE – SAN Specialist E-Series, NCIE – SAN Specialist ONTAP, SCSE – SNIA industry Cert.
  • Understanding of enterprise applications integration with storage systems (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, Oracle, SAP).
  • Strong understanding of storage protocols (NFS, CIFS/SMB, SAN connectivity, TCP/IP, IB, RoCE, SAS, RAID).
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and logs for troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies.
