Description and Requirements

  • support LGFS Business Development Managers and the broader Lenovo Sales team in their territory to realize forecasted leasing volume from contract execution to end of term.
  • work with LGFS sales, Lenovo’s hardware and services account teams plus our LFS partners to act as a central point of contact for all key account customer leasing matters, nurturing relationships to ensure anticipated volumes are fulfilled, and the order process is progressed accurately and within timescales and KPIs set.
  • Initiate regular meetings with Lenovo Account teams to strengthen relationships and assess ongoing client needs
  • Support the Account teams in mapping out account plans, identifying opportunities of poor performance and areas prime for growth
  • Grow leasing volume streams within client accounts via cross-selling, upselling and renewals
  • Generate leasing volume forecasts and track progress throughout each quarter

Support the Account Teams in developing and improving processes through regular exchange of best practices with fellow teams in other markets
