• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, define, and document business requirements across various functional areas.
• Promote best practices during requirements gathering and modeling.
• Emphasize identifying core requirements beyond the stated needs and correctly place these within a broader context.
• Design and document cross-functional and global solutions by leveraging the expertise of functional and technical team members or vendors as appropriate.
• Stay informed about industry trends and vendor capabilities to develop robust functional designs.
• Coordinate integration testing, validate test cases with stakeholders for user acceptance testing and training, and obtain necessary sign-offs.

Deine Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Industrial Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive expertise with Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle ERP in the SCM domain.
• In-depth knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud SCM Modules, such as OM, PO, INV, Manufacturing (Discrete), Planning, Warehouse Management, and Fulfillment.
• Desired exposure to Finance modules (AR, AP) and Oracle CX or other CRM systems.
• Proven experience with a leading consulting firm or a prominent international company in project implementation, support, and production support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally if required.
