The Systems, Databases, and Networks department plays a crucial role in our company. It must ensure the smooth operation of the existing environment and constantly innovate to evolve its infrastructure and stand out from the competition.
You will join a team of 12 dynamic engineers with strong technical skills, managing over 6,000 physical and virtual servers along with associated IT services.

YOUR MISSION

• Manage and participate in infrastructure evolution projects.

• Propose solutions to enhance services and reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

• Ensure the proper functioning of the existing environment.

• Install, monitor, and evolve the IT environment in Geneva or our subsidiaries.

• Maintain, update, and create appropriate procedures and documentation.

• Ensure that all security rules are followed and evolve them accordingly.

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education in computer science or communication systems

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field

• Excellent command of : 

• Linux RHEL Excellent

• CI/CD automation pipelines (Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, Python, PowerShell, etc.)

• Good (not mandatory) knowledge of :

• Splunk and/or Elastic

• Virtualization (VMware is an asset)

• Cloud technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps)

• Microsoft environments (Windows Server 2016 - 2022, System Center, Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP)

• Understanding of networking, storage, and backup systems (Commvault)

• Knowledge of security protocols (such as ADFS, Kerberos, PKI)

• Structured, analytical, passionate, and proactive

• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)

• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
