Channel Marketing Activation Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conception and implementation of strong, customer centric and channel specific marketing activities for field sales and defined key accounts based on business plan priorities
  • Plan and own DME (Direct Marketing Expenses) budget related to all annual customers activities
  • You will have full responsibility for all marketing campaigns within your customer universe: From conception, target definition and tracking to activation execution for our total brand portfolio
  • Develop customers in scope and identify white spots by analysing channel/customer specific market data and working closely with other business stakeholders across marketing, sales, commercial excellence, finance, supply chain and The Coca-Cola System partners
  • Manage disciplined execution of channel marketing calendar, keep track of program/customer performance and develop contingency plans
  • Support sales force with sell-in presentations and materials for successful implementation of picture of success and customer marketing programs
  • Manage relationships and operations with BTL agencies for POS material development
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
  • Education: Bachelor or master's degree in marketing or business administration
  • Professional Background: approximately 2-3 years of experience in marketing/ sales within FMCG and experience in large, complex, multi-channel organizations
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English (French is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of the out of home market in Switzerland and/ or beverage landscape
  • Experience in project management as well as analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Confident appearance, independent, proactive and reliable way of working
  • Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
