Junior Client Development & Marketing Specialist (internship)

START DATE: As soon as possible

Our team is composed of highly creative and digital talents from diverse backgrounds. Their skills cover different areas of expertise (Social Media, Analytics, Performance Marketing, Search, Concept creation, Design, Motion Design, Photo & Video). 

Our agency operates in an integrated manner at the international level while rooting client operations locally through our offices in Geneva, Shanghai, and New York. We are entering a new phase of growth for the agency in Geneva after winning several international clients in the UK, Singapore, and Switzerland.
 


WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE

As a Junior Client Development & Marketing Specialist (internship), your mission is to help position DLG as the leading & most influential strategic partner for luxury & lifestyle brands, while helping to win new clients. The projects you contribute to will generate a direct impact: from working on new business opportunities and reinforcing DLG’s brand image to increasing our HR branding.

New Business & Clients

  • Execute various tasks related to the sourcing and qualification of leads.
  • Support Senior team members in the completion of Request for Proposal (RFP)  processes and critical client upsells (including working on final presentation).
  • Facilitate the follow-ups of new business-related activities by actively documenting prospect and internal meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings aligning with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the seamless entry of new contracts into our system.
  • Transform presentations and Statements of Work (SOW) into formal contracts.
  • Manage the preparation and coordination of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) effectively.
  • Scout luxury events to meet prospective clients and foster meaningful connections.
  • Conduct copy quality checks to maintain the highest standards in our sales and marketing materials.
  • Assist in designing and formatting presentations to ensure consistency and alignment with company branding.
     

Marketing

  • Coordinate with experts and follow up until publication on key deliverables aimed at supporting new business activities
    • Case studies
    • Expertise insights
    • Content on the DLG website
    • Content on the DLG social channels
  • Responsible for the submission of selected award entries, including writing up the cases, coordinating with the team, and following up on submission progress.
  • Initiate contact with journalists and media outlets to secure features for DLG experts and insights.
  • Support in the planning and execution of DLG events.
  • Amplify content across DLG and Luxury Society channels.
  • Copywrite specific marketing collaterals, including articles, web content, social media posts, case studies, etc.
  • Utilize various digital tools to extract data and drive insights for marketing purposes (short pieces)
  • Coordinate with expert and creative teams to ensure timely release of marketing-related content.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to content dissemination.
  • Organize end-of-year gift cards and presents for clients and partners.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE

  • Native English proficiency is a prerequisite (additional language a plus)
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a focus on copywriting.
  • Understanding of luxury marketing landscape 
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in data extraction using digital tools
  • Coordination skills to work with expert and creative teams
  • Experience in managing content calendars
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently

This opportunity is an internship (6 months minimum)
