THE JOB

Payroll

  • Management of the entire payroll process
  • Elaboration of monthly key figures: key figures, absenteeism and accruals
  • Year-end work
  • Responsible for the ePayslip system

Social insurances

  • Responsible for all social security matters
  • Responsible for family allowances, maternity and paternity allowances
  • Main contact person for sick and injured employees

Recruitment & personnel administration

  • Entry and exit formalities
  • Creation of personnel files, entry notifications and introduction programs
  • Writing of employment certificates and other attestations
  • Collaboration in giving support to the line and employees
  • Create job descriptions, requirement profiles, personnel request forms and employment contracts
  • Management and publication of job ads
  • Application management and pre-selection of candidates
  • Participation in the first interview for employee positions

Further administrative tasks

  • Responsible for the time recording system ,,Calitime": controls, corrections, evaluations and training of new employees
  • Organization und coordination of employee events
  • Lead or participation in various projects (HR digital transformation)
  • Statistics and KPI's

YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree in business administration and further education in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in an operational HR organization (payroll and administration) in a similar and versatile role
  • Knowledge of Swiss labor law
  • At ease with numbers
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Fluent in German and French with good English skills
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office Package
  • Command of ProConcept system is an advantage
