PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER

YOUR TASKS

• Establishing and enforcing project management methodologies, processes, and best practices


• Supporting and educating project managers in creating project plans, defining project scope, objectives, schedules, resources, and budgets


• Overseeing resource allocations across all projects and ensuring that resources are appropriately assigned to meet project objectives


• Tracking of project progress, identifying deviations from plans, implementing corrective actions, auditing and reviewing proactively projects in collaboration with the respective project managers


• Establish quality standards and processes, conduct quality assurance reviews, and promote continuous improvement in project delivery


• Supporting prioritization of projects based on organizational goals and strategic objectives, optimize resource allocation across the project portfolio, and ensure alignment with overall business strategy


• Providing training, mentoring, and coaching to project managers and team members to enhance their project management skills and competencies


• Maintaining project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices repositories to capture and disseminate knowledge across the organization


• Facilitating change management processes, ensuring that changes to project scope, requirements, or objectives are properly evaluated, approved, and communicated to stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field


• Extensive experience in PMO (min. 5 years)


• Strong Project Management skills


• Strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills


• Ambitious to reach challenging goals, strong willed, high self-motivation, agile actor


• Language skills: English and German
