Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a HRIS & IS Business Improvement Analyst to join one of their clients, one of the largest medical device companies in the world, based near Lausanne.

Role responsibilities:-

These will include :-

  • analyze the structure of a department, how it uses HRIS or other IS technology and what its goals are
  • identify problems within a department how the use of these can be improved
  • formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
  • persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
  • oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
  • run workshops and training sessions
  • support end user in their day to day use of the HRIS and other IS technology
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
  • Performing user acceptance testing

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience in IT business analysis or a related field.
  • The ability to communicate and influence stakeholders while working closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Good knowledge of data structure and SQL
  • Knowledge of a programming language is a plus
  • Savvy in business data modeling using modelling techniques such as UML
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written English and French
