• Contract : 1-year contract
• Location : Morges

• Work closely together with the Product Managers to pro actively manage the various product supply situations and prevent issues before they arise
• Act as main point of contact for the country product marketing teams and supply planners for product availability and order processing
• Pro actively communicate to the country product marketing teams around product availability, back order reasoning and supply outlook
• Participate to and prepare for weekly supply meetings with the supply planners
• Review orders and discuss product allocation with European marketing and supply chain
• Analyze and execute manual and automatic allocation in the case of supply shortages and communicate to the country organization accordingly
• Review and optimize safety stock levels together with supply planners and European Marketing
• Support the product managers with product supply availability planning for new product launches and/or new GTIN materials
• Propose process optimization related to product supply management to European supply planners and marketing
• Support the European Large Capital Operations Specialist on supply related actions for Large Capital

Your profile

• Master's degree in a business oriented field
• Passion for operations and supply chain processes (understanding of SAP is a nice to have)
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Ability to work in a cross functional team and comfortable to navigate a matrix organization
• A positive and pro active person with strong entrepreneurial skills who brings passion, energy and excellence in execution to their work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English.
