To provide Occupational Health expertise to support GSK Nyon EHS management system implementation, country EHS strategy deployment, risk mitigation programmes and develop EHS culture and capabilities under compliance of EHS GSK standards and Swiss EHS regulations. To assist and support the implementation of the Site EHS management system and programs. To support key EHS programs • Health surveillance • Health enhancement • Care management • Health emergencies • Health prevention/wellbeing • Ergonomics • Incident investigation • Audit • Communication and training • Operational control • Performance monitoring • Other disciplines assigned through the Duty Holder framework To meet reporting requirements with regards to regulatory requirement, site and GSK EHS standards. To coordinate EHS events - health surveillance / training / site visits / audits / OHP clinic This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Ensure the convocation, reception and orientation of patients Manage the hotline and take messages Ensure the management of administrative tasks relating to a medical center Manage health surveillance planning Specifically, be the SME of the Cority system for the medical team Ensure that an effective OH governance system assuring compliance with EHS GSK stds, regulatory requirements and aligned with strategy in collaboration with the OH Physician, EHS and HR Perform the OH compliance review supported by the EHS compliance SME Develop/update the required SOPs/documentation required for proper OH Report internally (KPIs, EHS one, Cority, EH&W global team) OH performance according to the requirements, answering to request and building trust relations Develop, follow and communicate the specific KPI to support the strategy deployment Support accident/illnesses reportability classification according to EHS GSK stds Define, maintain and share OH aggregate trends to help leadership, EHS, HR understand the risks and work to develop & deploy mitigation plans. Perform effectiveness checks and OH internal audits. Participate in OH global/external audits. Collaborate with HR and managers in care management (sickness absences) to achieve the objectives Advise employees, manager, HR managers and EHS advisors in sickness absence and reincorporation strategy. Ensure OH risk assessments are in place and in use to propose alternatives to allow people reincorporation to work, work adaptations, sensitive population (restrictions, pregnancy, after accidents/sickness) integration and support/lead/monitor mitigation plans implementation Support travel health management and substances free work environment in collaboration with Health & Well-Being Support Health & Wellbeing Switzerland program together with HR, more specifically be in charge of the Physical health agenda Organize the Health & Wellbeing employee activities together with HR Provide advice, information and awareness to employees on OH though medical appointments, communications, campaigns, etc. Promote health prevention through Partnership for Prevention program, awareness, surveillance, early signs health consultations and care management Promote health prevention in workers, visitors and contractors (info, campaigns, etc). Integration with EHS team and areas assigned to deliver EHS performance and strategy Participate in accidents investigations as requested Collaborate in Industrial Hygiene (IH) and Ergonomics (Ergo) Programmes implementation, providing Health support and integrating in the occupational health management to assure effectiveness of the risk assessment and controls for IH/Ergo Ensure that health emergency response process is in place and in use Assist doctors with specific care Perform care and technical procedures to support the medical team Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: CFC d'assistant-e médical-e or equivalent certification First aid certification 5 years previous experience in industrial & multicultural environment Dynamic, rapid adaptation, flexibility Sense of initiative, quick-wittedness, autonomy Good ability to work in a team, as well as independently Interpersonal skills, empathy and ease in communication Excellent contact with patients A good command of computer tools Excellent command of MS Office IT tools Motivated, efficient and endowed with a strong sense of responsibility, you know how to anticipate and are very organized Why GSK?
