We are looking for a energetic person to join our HR team in Sierre as

Recruitment and Training Coordinator

Your main responsibilities will be as follows: 

  • Coordinate recruitment activities from drafting job postings, shortlisting and scheduling candidate interviews
  • Organise new employees on-boarding and follow-up integration plan with Business Leaders
  • Identify and consolidate employee training and development needs
  • Plan training sessions and ensure smooth delivery by supporting internal and external trainers
  • Put in place a rigourous feedback process to ensure training effectiveness
  • Provide support to the HR Business Partners on local or global HR projects for continuous improvement
  • Participate as an integral member of the extended HR community

Your profile: 

  • University degree with ideally Human Resources / Economics major.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in administrative / HR Function
  • Fluent English and French, with ideally good knowledge of German
  • Full proficiency in MS Office 
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work in a dynamic environment while respecting deadline
  • Ability to communicate at all levels while respecting confidentiality and professional ethics
