INTERIM: C&B/HR Operations Lead - Europe, 12 months - Zug (m/w)

Our client is a fast growing biopharma company in Zug with a strong active research and discovery pipeline as well as already approved products and therapies. We are looking for a senior HR professional with strong C&B and Project experience to join the growing European team for a minimum of 12 months.

Description

  • Take a leading part in the evaluation and implementation of C&B practices across Europe
  • Manage benefit vendor management for identified countries
  • Take charge of the implementation and management of European payroll solutions and manage respective payroll providers
  • Main contact for all Europe-based employees regarding compensation, benefits and payroll
  • Guarantee compliance with all labour and employment laws in relevant countries
  • Responsible for integration with HRIS and ATS systems (Oracle and Taleo)
  • Employment contract management in identified countries
  • Responsible for general employees administration
  • Give support on the onboarding for new hires in Europe as needed
  • Support on general HR topics and projects where needed

Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, further education related to HR/C&B a plus
  • 5+ years in-house experience with Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations
  • Experience in the implementation and management of payroll systems
  • Experience with HRIS systems integration is a strong advantage
  • Broader HR experience is a plus
  • Dynamic, hands-on and motivated candidate
