The Role
We are seeking a full time dynamic and experienced Head of Programme Development & Operations to lead our Education Services Team. Reporting to the Director of Digital & Services, this role is pivotal in ensuring the successful design, delivery, and management of WAoS programs. The successful candidate will work closely with various internal teams to achieve excellence in program implementation across diverse learning methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Education Services Function: Oversee program design, development, and delivery, managing the WAoS Central Project Management System to track progress and ensure successful implementation.
- Project Management: Monitor project deliverables, manage risks, and maintain reporting systems to keep stakeholders informed.
- Education Programmes: Design, deliver, and evaluate programs tailored to client needs, working closely with internal and external faculty.
- Content & Learning Tool Development: Lead the creation of high-quality education materials and maintain a central library of learning resources.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring programs are delivered to the highest standards.
- Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: Lead quality assurance processes and optimise workflows for effective program delivery.
- Staff Management: Manage internal and external resources, conduct performance reviews, and support staff development.
What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program development and operations, preferably within the sports and/or education sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree and a solid academic background.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools.
- Proven experience in instructional design and developing learning solutions aligned with clients learning needs.
- Ability to work within a small, dynamic team, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills for creating professional, effective educational materials.
- Legal right to work in Switzerland.
