ICT Workplace Engineer (Zurich, Cloud, 3rd level support)

Tasks and Responsibilities

• • Collaborating with specialist teams to further develop the modern and cloud workplace infrastructure, while considering future trends and technologies.
  • Standardizing and automating operational processes.
  • Planning and executing customer projects.
  • Preparing necessary documentation and implementing project acceptances.
  • Analyzing malfunctions and resolving error states (3rd level support).
  • Providing support to the 1st and 2nd level support team.

• • Successfully completed computer science EFZ training with specialization in systems technology/platform development in a larger and networked IT environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in client engineering, application packaging, software distribution, and MDM
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory
  • Proficient understanding of endpoint security is advantageous
  • Proven track record of implementing IT projects
  • Ability to work independently and with precision
  • Dedicated, service-oriented, sociable, and a team player
  • Fluent Swiss-German Speaker (Mandatory)
