We are looking for an innovative and responsible personality for our Tagesstern Brugg, Hausen location from February 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
Tagesstern Brugg GmbH offers children from kindergarten to the end of primary school at 5 locations a pedagogically optimal school-complementary care option. It belongs to the kidéal group, which offers a comprehensive service catalog in the field of childcare and operates over 25 own facilities in the Zurich, Aargau and Basel regions.
In the function of site management, you lead the site and implement the kidéal philosophy. You are responsible for the professional, organizational and personnel management of your site. You will be accompanied and supported by the pedagogical management.
Your working hours:
Monday to Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
3 weeks school holiday care

Your tasks
Main responsibility for the well-being of the children at your site
Coordination of the pedagogical and organizational work of the employees
of your site
Management of the site in compliance with pedagogical standards and values
Contact person for the parents of your site
Co-responsibility in planning and coordinating educational, training and care work
Your qualifications
(Social) pedagogical basic training
Professional experience in childcare
Independent and efficient way of working
Teamwork and flexibility
High service awareness
Business management thinking
Trainer course or willingness to complete it
