The Hotel von Rotz becomes the von Rotz Genusswelt, expanded by the Cabrio restaurant with event and seminar rooms and an existing bistro with a shop, which is newly designed and positioned.
Our bistro with an integrated shop is open 365 days a year and is a popular meeting place for customers, guests, regulars, and travelers. We offer our guests fresh snacks daily, fine lunch menus, and friendly service from early to late. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated, warm, and flexible personality who enjoys guest contact and feels comfortable in a lively environment. This is your chance as:
Sales and Service Employee 40-60%
Your main tasks:- You put a smile on every guest's face and ensure that everyone feels welcome with us.
- You prepare fresh salads, sandwiches, and lunch menus and make sure that the sales display case is always attractively filled.
- You keep an overview and produce in time so that our guests always have a fine selection.
- You are responsible for carefully stocking items and ensure that the sales products are always neatly presented.
- With your sales talent, you advise our customers in a friendly and competent manner - whether early in the morning or late in the evening.
- You also serve our guests at self-service and bring coffee or small extras to the table.
- Cleanliness and order are important to you - you ensure that all areas are always well maintained.
- You have experience in gastronomy or food sales and love contact with people.
- You are friendly, helpful, and enjoy working in a large team of 10 employees.
- You have a true passion for gastronomy and know how to convey your enthusiasm and passion for good food and first-class service to our guests.
- Flexibility and spontaneity are natural to you – you also pitch in at short notice for additional shifts when the situation requires it.
- You are not familiar with fixed working hours - you appreciate variety and are open to different deployment times, early and late shifts between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., as well as shifts on weekends and public holidays.
- With your positive charisma and commitment, you contribute to making our guests feel comfortable every day anew.
- We offer you a varied and lively activity in an establishment that is there for its guests all year round.
- We appreciate initiative and give you space to take responsibility and contribute your ideas.
- You can look forward to fair scheduling – if possible with two free weekends per month (at least one weekend is guaranteed).
- Of course, you will receive a Sunday surcharge for your work on Sundays.
