Sales Executive 100% (m/f) in Zurich / Ideal Entry Position

- Acquisition of new customers and building long-term business relationships
- Creative customer search through various channels (social media, networks or events)
- Support of the Sales Director and Business Development Manager in negotiating and closing sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Building relationships with operations managers and support functions.
- You develop and create exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations that meet corporate standards.
- Enhancing the company profile by representing CBRE at industry events and networking events and promoting a consistently professional image.
- Keep the Business Development Manager informed about all activities and prepare the data required by the Sales Director weekly.
- Maintain records and relevant contract documents to support tenders and retenders for the company.
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facility Management or Business Administration
- Professional experience in a sales environment or personnel consulting is a great advantage
- Experience meeting tight deadlines
- Experience in preparing detailed written documents and reports to a high standard
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- You must be able to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
