What you achieve
- Install, commission, instruct, and hand over new burglary and video surveillance systems to the customer
- Implement small and medium-sized projects in collaboration with the project manager
- Maintain, repair, and expand existing burglary and video surveillance systems
- Advise and support customers in all technical matters
- Provide on-call service after the introduction phase (about 12 times a year)
- Deployments mainly in the Zurich region, occasional nationwide deployments are possible
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
What you bring
- Completed training as an electrician, automation technician, or telematics technician (EFZ) or equivalent professional training
- Good experience in IT and network technology
- Quick comprehension as well as flexible and independent working style
- Willingness to travel and a category B driving license
- Strong customer and service orientation
