• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK PreCheck required for foreign diplomas).
• Experience in psychiatric nursing: You know the dynamics of the acute setting and confidently bring your expertise to the team.
• Whether protection, stimulus shielding, or support in coping with life, you tackle every nightly challenge with heart, mind, and calmness.
• Even in the lively ward routine, you keep an overview and react thoughtfully.
• You approach people with empathy, respect, and humor – even in challenging situations.
