The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 200 residents.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for the Riding Farm Rüti in Grub AR:
Riding Therapist (20%)
What to expect:
- Assignments preferably on Mondays
- Conducting riding therapies, therapeutic riding lessons, horse-assisted therapies
- Organization of therapies
- Collaboration in the horse day structure
- Active cooperation with all areas and assistance at events
What you bring:
- Completed training as a riding therapist/therapeutic riding instructor in horse-assisted interventions
- EMR recognition is mandatory
- Willingness for irregular work assignments
- You are motivated and professionally qualified, physically fit, and enjoy working outdoors
- Working with people and love for horses are paramount
- You have team spirit and like to take responsibility
