Espace de vie SA is an institution that manages the medico-social establishments (EMS) of La Châtelaine in Vernier and Saint-Loup in Versoix. These respectively accommodate 91 and 84 residents. About 100 employees per institution are engaged there.
Job description
Mission and responsibilities :
In a matrix organization and serving the mission of Espace de vie SA, the holder of the position assumes both the direct management of the entire care sector and the operational coordination of the Saint-Loup site. He/she collaborates and assists the director, collegially with the managers of other sectors, in the management of the establishment. He/she works directly with the councils of the attending physicians for the organization of the care service. He/she is overall responsible for the smooth running of the Saint-Loup site with an interdisciplinary vision.
Profile sought
Profile:
- Nursing diploma with the right to practice in Switzerland and more than 10 years of experience, ideally with 3 years in psychogeriatrics or extensive experience in geriatrics.
- Knowledge of institutions and the Geneva health-social network
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in managing multidisciplinary teams, ideally with a Master’s degree in management
- Experience in budget management
- Native French speaker or excellent command
- Proficiency in common software and care-specific applications (PEP, Sadies)
