The Intercantonal University of Special Education (HfH) is the most important Swiss competence center for special and remedial education with around 2,000 students. Clerk: Space Management 50-60%
To strengthen our facility and space management team, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement who takes responsibility and actively supports our room and infrastructure processes. In this clerical role, you will take on central tasks in operational space management and contribute with your organizational skills to smooth operations in the university.
Your area of responsibility
- Coordination of internal room resources
- Management of the screens in the entrance areas of the university (Daylight, RUF Multiweb Manager, InDesign)
- Support in planning and further developing contemporary, flexibly usable room concepts for seminar rooms and lecture halls
- Participation in small and medium-sized projects
- Participation in organizing all logistical processes
- Support in the provision and maintenance of rooms and infrastructure (mainly holiday cover)
Your profile
- Commercial basic training or similar desirable
- Technical flair and good IT user skills
- Experience in clerical work and space management at a university is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of complex contexts and networked thinking
- Confident German language skills, spoken and written
- High quality awareness and pronounced service mentality
- Reliable and team-oriented working style
