Your Tasks
- At the front desk, you advise our customers at the counter, by phone, or in writing for travel with public transport. You sell regional and national public transport products, provide timetable information, and assist customers with questions about digital ticketing.
- You are fascinated by people: You accompany apprentices on their path into the professional world and are also willing to engage for your team and take on responsibility.
- You process customer feedback in the customer service back office by written and telephone means.
- As a tariff expert, you handle various tariff adjustments in the back office, prepare information, ensure data supply, and create statistics.
- For special trips/major events, you coordinate all tasks in an exciting hub function (from vehicle availability to invoicing).
Your Profile
- You have a commercial education, ideally completed in public transport (e.g., commercial apprenticeship in public transport, retail specialist public transport) and bring several years of public transport sales experience.
- You navigate confidently through the public transport tariff jungle and are enthusiastic about the market in the Zug region.
- As an upbeat team player personality, you are uncomplicated, flexible, and work committed and independently.
- Very good German and good English skills and confident handling of Office applications are important to us.
- You convince with your customer orientation. Accompanying and inspiring customers suits you. And when things get hectic and turbulent, you remain calm and keep an overview.
